Our Team

Greg Scheff

Greg founded Scheff Insurance in 2009. He believes it’s important to educate clients on coverage so they understand their protection plan and the value of insurance.

Prior to his career in insurance, Greg was a homebuilder and remodeler. This experience helps him provide accurate reconstruction cost estimates for your homeowners insurance, and explain how the estimates are compiled.

Greg grew up in MN and has been a Waconia resident since 1994. He enjoys boating, water skiing, golfing, and hunting. During winter, you’ll find him in the gym officiating high school basketball games. Greg and his wife, Sandy, enjoy spending time with their 9 grandchildren.

Brody Scheff

Brody grew up in Waconia, MN and graduated from Bemidji State University. Brody joined Scheff Insurance in 2019 as an independent agent. Brody loves the insurance industry because it allows him to build relationships and help people protect the things they hold dear. He loves being an independent agent because offering multiple insurance companies allows him to offer quality coverage without expensive premiums.

When he’s not at work, Brody loves to travel, spend time on the lake, water ski, golf, and spend quality time with his wife, Meghan, and their three children.

Bronson Scheff

Bronson brings a wealth of service-oriented experience to his role as an insurance advisor at Scheff Insurance. Since joining the team in 2024, Bronson has become passionate about helping customers navigate their insurance needs, from explaining coverage options to assisting with claims. His background in the Minnesota Air National Guard and logistics has instilled in him the importance of excellence and going the extra mile for clients. 

Bronson enjoys quality time with his wife and three children, whether that’s relaxing on the shores of Lake Waconia or embarking on “glamping” adventures during the Minnesota summers. An avid sports fan and outdoor enthusiast, Bronson is dedicated to delivering the highest level of personalized service to every customer who walks through the door at Scheff Insurance.
